On the implementation of the requirements of Law 361-IX on financial monitoring

         In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalisation (Laundering) of the Proceeds of Crime, Terrorist Financing and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction’ (hereinafter - the Law), ‘Insurance Company “KVORUM” ALC, whose representative (agent) is ’DELIVERY" LLC, is a subject of primary financial monitoring.

         This means that the insurance company is obliged to carry out due diligence of its customers.

         The date of birth is one of the key and mandatory details required for identification and verification of an individual in accordance with Article 11 of this Law.


Why it's important:

  1. Identification and verification: Your date of birth, along with your other personal data (full name, passport/ID card details), allows us to uniquely identify you. This helps to distinguish you from other people, even if they have the same first and last name, and to prevent fraud.
  2. To comply with the law: We are required by law to collect full customer information for financial monitoring purposes. Providing a date of birth is a direct legal requirement and without it, we will not be able to properly fulfil our responsibilities.
  3. We understand your concerns about the confidentiality of personal data.  We would like to emphasise that the collection of personal data, including your date of birth, is carried out exclusively in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’ and other applicable laws and regulations.
  4. The personal information you provide is confidential and not subject to disclosure.
