We remind you that in the mobile application, the Sender, in addition to the usual receipt tracking, can easily create an application for collection and delivery of goods or cancel it if necessary; perform actions on the receipt (change the Recipient or the Payer, adjust the amount of Postpayment, etc.), get information about the progress of the official investigation, apply for an exchange of points under the loyalty program and much more. Processing time for the submitted application for changes is 5 minutes.
