To the attention of users of “Delivery to Postomat” service! Mandatory authentication in Privatbank!

Dear Clients!

We draw your attention, that from March 16 the National Bank “Privatbank” changed terms of use of self-service terminals in receiving the parcels in automatic postal terminals. The clients of the Bank which were not identified will not be able to use the service of delivery to the automatic postal terminals.

If you are going to receive the parcel in the automatic postal terminals of Privatbank Branches but you are not the client of this bank, you should pass a procedure of mandatory authentication.

To complete this procedure client of “Delivery” should visit the nearest representative office of “PrivatBank” and present to the authorized bank employee data of passport, identification code, telephone number which is used for receiving of dispatches.

After data entry service of parcels receiving through automatic postal terminals will be available.

Current customers of “PrivatBank” do not need to present documents.

Please be reminded there is an alternative dispatches delivery to automatic postal terminals – “Econom-delivery” from “Delivery”. This service works in 73 cities and it includes cargos from 1 kg to 100 kg (0.5 m3) and it costs only 35 UAH.
