“Delivery” summarized sustainable strategy of company development for 2017.

Following the summary of work for the year 2017, Delivery company (managing company in the group of companies of Delivery Group) increased the volume of cargo transportation by 22.6% compared to 2016 and the share of addressed service rose by 3.3%. 

The sendings themselves became bigger:  Average calculated weight by one declaration increased by 17.5%. 

At the same time with increasing the volumes of cargo turnover, the company continued to develop the client base:  last year more than 517,000 unique customers used the services of “Delivery”, 90% of which are representatives of small and middle business. 

Representative network of the company is developing fast.  Thus, from January to December of 2016, “Delivery” opened 41 representative offices, including warehouses by franchising partnership system.  The highest activity on the network development was in the Western regions of Ukraine which is connected with economical attractiveness of the region. 

The main indexes of transportation safety in the company, calculated by open KPI were:  0.0061% or 1st place from 16,393 - share of losses, 0.1061% or 1st place from 943 transported - share of damages.

During 2017 the company continued to extend digital opportunities for its clients.  At the “Delivery” website, new service of calculating the cost was made:  calculator is in two versions - extended and light - it gave an opportunity to calculate by the main types of the transported cargo:  parcels and documents, cargo, pallets, industry-related tariffs.  Light version was also updated for mobile apps.  According to the feedback from the clients of the company, the new service made calculation of cost faster and more convenient. 

The next stage of digital updates was issue of receipts from the calculator and also introduction of mode of receipt templates and saving of calculations. 

Besides current service of electronic document turnover M.E.Doc, “Delivery” launched more modern one - “Vchasno”.  Integration with the Personal Area of the clients allowed to sign the documents at the website, thus simplifying the interaction with customers and suppliers on assurance of acts for services rendered, reconciliation acts, contracts, letters, and other documents.

Constant improvement of the Personal Area and extending the functions resulted to growth of its users:  For the last year, number of unique clients increased by 60,000.    

Starting from October, “Delivery” executed a mobile working place “Office of the transporter” on the website.  The service allowed the owners of the rented transport to quickly manage the itineraries, document flow, payment controlling, it gave access to indexes of work of trucks in real-time mode and also allow the available trucks for transportation. 

For a partial using of the loyalty program, 3,100 main organizations joined the “Delivery Group Club”.  Success of the project gives a stimulus to its active development in 2018 through extending a list of services and available gifts.

“Delivery” actively promoted its own brand and grew business relationships in 2017:   As a whole, the company took part in 8 exhibitions and conferences, ran 2 business breakfasts in the Center of Client Service.

The main emphasis for 2018 in “Delivery” is put to timely delivery of the goods, which index is planned to bring up to 90% (delivery to the warehouse) and up to 94% (addressed delivery).  By the results of 2017, these indexes were 83% and 91% respectively.  As it was last year, representative network of the company is going to be extended:  50 new truck warehouses appeared.  Increasing the level of safety level of cargo transportation will be reached through decreasing the share of losses to 0.002% and share of damages to 0.05%. “Delivery” is going to actively develop financial and insurance services as well as IT services for the clients.
