Schedule of COD payments for the holidays

Please, draw your attention that COD payments during holidays will be done as follows:

receipts, paid by December 28 up to 1:00 pm - payments of COD will be available from December 29 after 1:30 pm.
receipts, paid after 1:00 pm of December 28 - payments of COD will be available from January 4 after 1:30 pm.
receipts, paid from December 29 till January 2, and also on January 3 after 1:00 - payments of COD will be available from January 4 after 1:30 pm.
receipts, paid after January 3 after 1:00 pm - payments of COD will be available from January 5.

What is the price of cargo insurance?

The cost of insurance of cargo transported across the territory of Ukraine is 0.45% of the cost of the cargo for insurance contracts with an insured amount of up to UAH 150,000.00; 0.65% of the cost of cargo for insurance contracts with an insured amount over UAH 150,000.00; 1.05% of the value of the cargo for insurance contracts covering war risks.

If an individual wishes to change the city of arrival, a copy of 1-2 pages of the passport must be attached to the letter. If a legal entity wishes to change the city of arrival, the letter must be written on a letterhead and certified with the seal of the enterprise.

You need to address to the employee of the warehouse of receiving to draw up the Act of acceptance of the cargo (baggage) by quantity and quality and present the documents for confirmation of the value of the cargo. The investigation will be conducted during 14 calendar days from the date of complete package of documents presentation. The notification about investigation findings will be send to your telephone and in Personal Area.
