On September 30, 2014 the warehouse in Krasnyi Luch city is not working

Dear clients,

On September 30, 2014 from 12:00 the warehouse at the city of Krasnyi Luch will not work for technical reasons. Receiving and sending of the cargo at Krasnyi Luch representative office will not be performed.

From October 01, 2014 the representative office is working as usual.

Resumption of service SMS notification

Dear customers! 

Are pleased to announce the resumption of service SMS alert in the Crimea and the Russian Federation. The following services of SMS notifications: 

  • Send SMS to the recipient at the arrival of the goods at the warehouse receipt; 
  • Send SMS to the recipient on the 7th day after the posting of the receipt (8 days cargo stored free of charge); 
  • Send SMS to the customer to change the status of the General Power of Attorney (one month before the expiry of the period after the end of the term and if the authorization is withdrawn); 
  • Sending SMS on the results of the internal investigation; 
  • Send SMS to the recipient, if the receipt added service "prohibition of extradition"; 

To be able to send SMS notifications, write when you change your phone number to report the new contact details by e-mail to the following address: krym@delivery-auto.com.ua. The letter must specify the name of the legal entity or natural person and a new phone number.

Regarding the changes in tariffs for some services

The list of forbidden cargo for transportation

Let us drive your attention to the list of forbidden cargo to be transported to the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions:

  1. Any goods of military designation;

The goods, that have marking from the following countries, are not accepted to be delivered to the Crimea:

·         EC: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the UK, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech republic, Sweden, Estonia;

·        the USA

·      Canada

·       Australia

·         Norway

Please, understand our employees' request to open your cargo, if necessary, and check the contents of the cargo in your presence. If the client refuses from his cargo to be checked, our company reserves the right to refuse from transporting the cargo.

Temporal absence of electric power supply on the warehouses of Luhansk region

Take notice that at the warehouses in Rubizhne city and Starobilsk city there is no electric power supply. Communication problems at the representative offices in Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Alchevsk, Stakhanov, Krasnodon, Krasnyi Luch. Please accept our apologies for temporary inconveniences.


Possible delays in cargo

Due to restrictions connected with entering/leaving of trucks from Donetsk, Luhansk region and in conjunction with customs formalities during entering/leaving from AR Crimea, delivery of cargoes can be delayed.

Changes in terms of cargo insurance

Dear clients,

Due to necessity to provide complete intactness of the transported cargo and guaranteeing the reimbursement of the damage caused from illegal actions of the third parties, compulsory insurance is introduced for all the cargo that is sent to all the warehouses, located in Luhansk region as well as the warehouses in the cities of Donetsk and Makiyivka.

The insurance cost for the cargo sent to/from the cities of Luhansk region, Donetsk, Makiyivka is set at the amount of 0.7% from the declared value.

For the clients, that concluded general insurance contracts, the price remains the same – 0.4% from the declared value. 


Decreasing periods of delivery between Кyiv and Zaporizhzhya

Dear clients,

We are pleased to inform you about decreasing the average period of delivery of the cargo between Zaporizhzhya and Kyiv (Kyiv region) by two times.

It took 48 hours on average for the cargo to travel from sender to receiver in this direction in 2013 and in the third quarter of the current year it decreased to 24 hours.

Improvement of service happened thanks to optimization steps that our company took within the last six months. 


Price changes for transportation to/from AR Crimea

Dear clients,

Let us drive your attention to the fact that starting from September 15, 2014, the price of transportation of the cargo to/from AR Crimea will be changed. Standard price needs to be multiplied by an adjustment coefficient 1.38. This measure is necessary due to introduction of limitation to enter/leave the trucks from/into AR Crimea and customs examination at checkpoints.


Warehouse in Alchevsk city will work until 4:30 p.m.
