The management company Delivery Group provided an opportunity for carriers to offer online their free transport for Delivery trips. After completing the application on the website, a logistics specialist of the office contacts the owner of a hired transport: he determines the data and confirms the trip.
This service is implemented on the company's website in the section "Carrier's Personal Area. This mobile workplace was launched in October this year, specifically to increase the speed of communication between the logistics company and the owners of hired transport, speed up the process of hiring of vehicles and transportation of goods to clients. Among the main opportunities of the Personal Area are operative management of trips, document flow, control of payments, as well as access to the indicators of the carrier's vehicles and drivers in real time.
Carrier's Personal Area contains three large units.
UNIT 1. "Search for vehicles". On this page, the company posts information in real time about the available cargoes and the routes planned for the carriage of goods. Based on the data, the carrier chooses the most interesting proposal. The service is free of charge.
- Schedule of open routes of the company in Ukraine (Delivery LLC), full-freight transportation of Delivery-Auto LLC (DelTruck subdivision), intracity logistics.
- Information about the required vehicle (tonnage), data on cargo (volume), cost, and type of payment.
- Direct contacts of Delivery logistics specialists supporting this route.
- Filters of vehicle tonnage, date of loading, cities of loading and unloading.
UNIT 2. "My Trips". It was created to monitor trips of the carrier's vehicles. Therefore, the owner of the vehicle can see in real time whether his vehicle is being loaded, whether it left the loading point, whether the vehicle is on the road, or it has already completed the trip. In addition, the electronic signing of a public contract and applications for each trip is available (Delivery LLC or DELIVERY-AUTO LLC).

The logistics specialists of the office also evaluate the driver's work; they monitor the effectiveness of the whole trip, as well as the warehouse employees who interact with the driver only during loading and unloading. The latter assess the "punctuality" of the driver during delivery / arrival of the vehicle, the technical requirements and cleanliness of the vehicles, the professionalism of the driver. Thus, the client is guaranteed to receive high service throughout the whole journey of the cargo.
