Attention! Delays of cargo arrivals are possible in Dnipro city

Dear Clients!

Due to deterioration of weather conditions and situations on the roads in Dnipro city on March 20 and March 21 delays of cargo arrivals are possible.

According to the deputy mayor’s words, Mykhailo Lysenko, most probably that Tuesday and Wednesday are going to be days off. It is due to the fact that the residents of the city stay home and not to leave their cars on the roads. Otherwise their cars can interrupt public utilities work.

The mayor has to make the final decision till the end of this day.

Delivery Company renewed the additional services page

New page options simplify the select of the necessary additional services and make usage more comfortable.

In particular, it is possible to select the additional services and review their costs through one of the presented lists below: “By type of Additional services” or “By type of cargo”. It means that Delivery Company offered a choice to the client: to have a look at the full list and tariffs of provided services, or to consider the best services for the certain type of cargo, according to the company's opinion. Division goes into 4 categories - parcels, cargoes, pallets, and industry tariffs.

This is a reminder to the fact that earlier at the “Delivery” website, the new service of calculating the cost was made: calculator is in two versions - extended and light, it gave an opportunity to calculate by the main types of the transported cargo: Light version was also updated for mobile apps. According to the feedback from the clients of the company, the new service made calculation of cost faster and more convenient.

Delays of cargo arrivals are possible throughout Ukraine

Dear Clients!

Due to drastic change of the weather conditions during the next days delays of cargo arrivals are possible throughout most of Ukraine.

On March 17-18 - it is expected the weather deterioration in Volyn, Rivne, Lviv, Ternopil, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytsk, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkassy, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Odesa regions.

On March 19 - it is expected the weather deterioration in Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, Luhansk regions.

Please note that, on March 16 from 19:00 and until March 19, by decision of the Kyiv City Administration, the entry into the city of large transit transport will be restricted. The reason is weather deterioration and heavy snow.

Delivery Company launched service of C.O.D. payment at 2 more warehouses!


 

Logistic company "Delivery" actively expands service of C.O.D. payment by cash!

From March 13 the service is going to work at the representative offices of the company: Kyiv-4 and Vyshhorod!

Service of C.O.D. allows the clients to transfer cash for the goods.

Service of C.O.D. payment by cash is available for all kinds of deliveries: cargoes, parcels, pallets, tires.

In the future the company plans to increase the number of the departments where the service can be used and give the clients an opportunity to transfer cash for the goods in other cities of Ukraine.   

Let us remind you, that from July 2016, the C.O.D. service was launched at 95 representative offices already.

Schedule of COD payments for the holidays

Dear Clients!

Please, draw your attention to the fact that COD payments during holidays will be done as follows:

  • receipts, paid after March 06 after 1:00 pm - payments of COD will be available from March 12 after 1:30 pm;
  • receipts, paid by March 07 up to 1:00 pm - payments of COD will be available from March 12 after 1:30 pm;
  • receipts, paid in the period from March 07 after 1:00 pm till March 11 - payments of COD will be available from March 13 after 1:30 pm;

We would ask you to call to the warehouse to specify the possibility of COD payment.

“Delivery” changed terms of rendering service “Delivery to “Privatbank” postomat”

“Delivery” is reviewing the terms of rendering an additional service “Delivery to “Privatbank” postomat. From March 1, the Company is changing its tariffs to render additional service “Delivery to Privatbank” postomat. Starting from March 1, the Company changes its tariffs to render the service to the clients, depending on the size of the postomat box:

Thanks to an opportunity to send the cargo to “Privatbank” postomats, the clients of “Delivery” can receive documents and parcels not only in 296 representative offices of the company, but also through a network of 1,100 automatic postal terminals, located in the bank branches all over Ukraine.

Delivery of the parcel can be ordered to the nearest postomat and collect it within 72 hours. For this purpose the sender needs to state the address of the bank branch. The addressee receives an SMS about arrival of the cargo to the postomat. After authorization through the terminal of “Privatbank” with the banking card or by the mobile phone number, the addressee collects the parcel from the postomat’s opened box.

To pay for delivery of the goods to the postomat can be done through “Privatbank” terminal by cash and also through COD payment through your Personal Area at “Delivery” website. The client can also pay the value of the goods with all the mentioned methods.
