Delivery has taken part in «Ukraine Relaunch» Forum.

Delivery has taken part in «Ukraine Relaunch»  Forum. The Forum has been run on a topic «Ukrainian business challenge towards European standards way».  The Ministry of Economic and Trade Affairs and European Commission have supported «Ukraine Relaunch»   Forum.

«Ukraine Relaunch»   Forum is a modern platform of communication between business and government. The aim of the business event is to define variants of government development through the expert’s dialog, business and government dialog, through the presentations and conversations about international experience.

The Forum attended worldwide government members: prime minister of Ukraine – Arseniy Yatsenyuk, EU Commissioner (Johannes Hahn), EU embassadors, civil servants, Ukrainian and international company executives, experts.

The deputy chief executive of «Delivery» Ivasiv A.V. had presented «Delivery Company».

Warehouse and shipping logistics automatization Forum: «Innovation and optimization in Ukraine».

«Delivery» Company has taken part at warehouse and shipping logistics automatization Forum. The Forum has been run on a topic «Innovation and optimization in Ukraine».

The main aim of the Forum is to provide Ukrainian business an access to modern international technologies for business automatization.  Blue-chip companies have shared their own experience of Technology adoption in Ukraine.

Among the guests and speakers were worldwide international and Ukrainian companies: «Honeywell Sensing & Productivity Solutions(S&PS) », «Vocollect», «Epson» and other.

Head of Kiev IT department, Radchenko Elena, who had presented Delivery Company, shared her professional experience of «Cross-docking» warehouse optimization. Elena has told about initial phase of preparing, new WMS system introduction and cargos scanning.

Forum has taken place on November 20 in Kiev at Dorogoghickaya str., 8.

Delivery has run a «Business breakfast» on a topic «The first logistics Customer service center»

 

On November 14, the thirst «Business breakfast» at modern Customer service center took place.

It was a panel discussion, where the company has presented new services:  Delivery module for 1C, tariff plans, pallet collar, more extensive User Area, KPI data, optimized intracity logistic project.

Clients had possibility to ask questions, to share their own experience and be really into Delivery current projects.

«Business breakfast» participants had opportunity to speak with Chief executive officer – Lakatosh E.S., Chief commercial officer– Grishina E.N. and other chiefs of company departments.

«Delivery» Logistics Company has acted as a prime sponsor of international commercial and industrial conference. The conference topic was «Export-import operations between Ukraine and EU in 2016 on business and government readiness». The conference was initiated by Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The main idea of the conference was to check information and understand the situation about business and government readiness to work in free market conditions between Ukraine and EU. There was one-of-a-kind opportunity to discuss all pros and cons, to share the practice recommendations about free market advantage usage.

There were famous and distinguished guests invited: European Commission member (Luke Davin), Ukrainian Commission member (Yan Tombinskiy), European investment bank member (Luke Ponzeliny) and international experts; - one of them was «Euler Hermes Deutschland» executive-board member - Gans Yanus.

Delivery has increased transportable cargo’s load size by 15%

Delivery has given possibility to its clients to combine tariff plans to transport their cargo, depending on every month cargo quantity and corresponding tariff plan.

During 6 months of tariff plans existence, the program of cost optimization has lured new clients and has helped current clients to increase their cargo transportation. «Delivery» «Tariff plans» program shows high level of efficiency of client’s development.

The company has offered its clients variants of tariff plans and discounts combination, - and this possibility has increased the quantity of «Development» and «Maximum» clients. The 3-d quarter results have shown that «Development» and «Maximum» quantity have increased by 19 % and 34% agreeably.

In comparison with the 2-d quarter 2015 the quantity of transported cargo per month  has increased by 15%.

Substantial advantage of cargos dispatches, «Delivery» clients have seen by use of pallet price and «Freight tariff».

In such a way cargo’s transportation, economy is acceptable for clients, who dispatch their cargos on pallets and for clients who use «Standard tariff”.

On November 3 «Delivery» Company opened the first logistic Customer Service Center.

At the beginning of the solemn ceremony a red ribbon was snipped by «Delivery» Chief executive officer Lakatosh E.S. and Chairman of Board of «Ukraine automobile corporation» Kozis A.N.

Universal efficient communication experience with customers got into Ukrainian market.

«Delivery» became the first company that have created customized platform for arrangement business meetings between company, government and public (clients).

One of the main reasons to open Customer Service Center was understanding of the fact that company’s dynamic development implies face-to-face contact with our clients.

At Customer Service Center, clients will be able to meet TOP-managers, chiefs of departments, customer service managers, chiefs of warehouses, chief of representative offices and Chief executive officer.
