Attention! Delays of cargo arrival are possible due to bad weather!

Dear Clients!

Situation on roads of Ukraine is still very complicated due to bad weather condition. In some regions, traffic of full-size vehicles is limited therefore delays of cargo arrival are possible.

The most complicated situation is in Kyiv and Kyiv region, Vinnytsa, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Sumy, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions – where an intensive snowfall was seen.

Centres of large cities of Ukraine namely, Odesa and Lviv are in a traffic jam.

Also delays of address pick-ups and deliveries are possible on December 19.

The carriers can offer the vacant transport both on “Delivery” website and in the mobile version

“Delivery” extends features for its carriers. Online service “Carrier area”, that was launched in October, was added with a possibility to offer vacant transport for transportation. 

Filling the order both on “Delivery” website or in the mobile version gives the carrier the possibility to find the cargo quickly and minimize probability to return an empty van from the trip. For this purpose, the owner of the rented van in the order “To offer the van” should indicate in which city and on which date he would like to receive the cargo from “Delivery”. After providing this information the logistics specialist of the office will contact with the carrier: therefore the data will be updated and the trip will be confirmed.

We would like to remind that use of “Carrier area” is free of charge. Among the main features of the “Carrier area” is the real-time control of the trips, the document flow, control of payments, and also asses to the work indexes of the carrier’s vans and drivers in the real-time mode.

The clients of “Delivery” could change the address of warehouse of delivery by themselves in their personal area

“Delivery” gives the clients more features for independent control of their departures: now the address change within one city can be done in the personal area. Earlier the address change could have been done only through application to the manager with the following providing of the copy of the passport.

Service of address change within one city through personal area is free of charge and applies for delivery to the representative office.

To use the service, you should select the targeted receipt in the tab “Receipt Register” of the personal area and click to the panel of actions on the right side from the receipt.

In the drop down list of actions you should select address change and required warehouse of delivery. After confirmation of selected warehouse the information about address change for receipt will be sent to the company managers and you will additionally informed in the opened window on the client screen. 

Cost of service on address change in the company “Delivery”:

  • Address change within one city – free of charge
  • Address change between the cities – 10 UAH.

Service of cash on delivery service is renewed at the warehouse No7 in Odesa city

Dear clients!

We are glad to inform you that starting from December 15 at the warehouse No 7 in Odesa city, rendering services of “COD by cash” and “Money transfer with cash” were renewed.

Please pay attention that receiving and transfer of money by the service of C.O.D. payment at this representation office is only possible on week days (Monday through Friday).

Service “Cash on Delivery” allows the clients to transfer cash  for any type of delivery: cargo, parcels, pallets, tires.

“Delivery” constantly increases the number of the offices where you can use the service and provide a possibility to the clients to transfer the money for the goods in other cities of Ukraine.

Due to complicated weather conditions, arrival of cargo can be delayed

Due to complicated road situation, caused by snowfall and black ice in the East, delays of cargo arrival are possible all over the territory of Ukraine.

The carriers have the opportunity to offer online their free transport

The management company Delivery Group provided an opportunity for carriers to offer online their free transport for Delivery trips. After completing the application on the website, a logistics specialist of the office contacts the owner of a hired transport: he determines the data and confirms the trip.

This service is implemented on the company's website in the section "Carrier's Personal Area. This mobile workplace was launched in October this year, specifically to increase the speed of communication between the logistics company and the owners of hired transport, speed up the process of hiring of vehicles and transportation of goods to clients. Among the main opportunities of the Personal Area are operative management of trips, document flow, control of payments, as well as access to the indicators of the carrier's vehicles and drivers in real time. 

Carrier's Personal Area contains three large units.

UNIT 1. "Search for vehicles". On this page, the company posts information in real time about the available cargoes and the routes planned for the carriage of goods. Based on the data, the carrier chooses the most interesting proposal. The service is free of charge.

Main features:

  • Schedule of open routes of the company in Ukraine (Delivery LLC), full-freight transportation of Delivery-Auto LLC (DelTruck subdivision), intracity logistics.
  • Information about the required vehicle (tonnage), data on cargo (volume), cost, and type of payment.
  • Direct contacts of Delivery logistics specialists supporting this route.
  • Filters of vehicle tonnage, date of loading, cities of loading and unloading.

 

UNIT 2. "My Trips". It was created to monitor trips of the carrier's vehicles. Therefore, the owner of the vehicle can see in real time whether his vehicle is being loaded, whether it left the loading point, whether the vehicle is on the road, or it has already completed the trip.  In addition, the electronic signing of a public contract and applications for each trip is available (Delivery LLC or DELIVERY-AUTO LLC).

Main features:

  • Monitoring of the statuses of trips
  • Formation of costing for invoices and reports for selected trips
  • Electronic signing of a public contract for the carriage of goods by the client and the carrier
  • Unloading data in a universal format
  • Control of payment status

UNIT 3. "My Rating". It displays in online mode the rating of the carrier and each of his drivers, which allows motivating conscientious performers to work even better, and helps to exclude irresponsible and negligent workers.

The logistics specialists of the office also evaluate the driver's work; they monitor the effectiveness of the whole trip, as well as the warehouse employees who interact with the driver only during loading and unloading. The latter assess the "punctuality" of the driver during delivery / arrival of the vehicle, the technical requirements and cleanliness of the vehicles, the professionalism of the driver.  Thus, the client is guaranteed to receive high service throughout the whole journey of the cargo.

A month after the launch, the first efficiency can be analysed. "Carrier's Personal Area has provided equal opportunities in the competition between large companies, medium vehicle enterprises and individual "owner drivers". Now, the quantity of the cargo carried by them and the corresponding profit depend on the quality of transportation, and not on the size of the enterprise. The end user gets a better service at the best price, and Delivery - more extensive control over each vehicle that carries out the trip," - the Director of the Development Department Yekateryna Grishina commented.
