Easter weeks from "Deliveri"

On the eve of the brightest holiday of the year the company "Deliveri" announces launching of "Easter weeks"!

At the period from April 02 to April 16 including, use a new company service "Collect on delivery on the card account" and get an opportunity to win beautiful gift sets with decorations of the Easter table. Drawing of presents will take place among the clients who use "Collect on delivery" service in User area on the company website at cargo forwarding. Drawing of presents takes place each Monday and Thursday, 2 gift sets are drawn weekly.

We would like to remind that "Delivery" announced lunching a new service "Collect on delivery on the card account" on March 10, 2015. For the clients it means payment for the company goods and services by payment after delivery system.

Collect on delivery payment is only performed from the User area on the company website. All the money operations on remittance can be available for cards of international systems Visa and Master Card of Ukrainian banks

Cost of service "Collect on delivery on the card account" from the company "Deliveri" is only 10 UAH. Bank fee = 1% from the amount + 5 UAH

"Collect on delivery on the bank account" project was implemented by "Deliveri" together with well known Ukrainian company "Portmone" engaged in electronic supply of invoices from services providers

The price of the transported cargo insurance on the territory of Ukraine is 0.6% with assessed valuation up to 5,000 UAH, 0.4% with assessed valuation from 5,001 UAH, to Luhansk region is 0.7%.

1) The sender can change the city of arrival of the cargo in the mobile application https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2ZxuQoIjvHGl2yR4FeS8qQ; 2) The sender or recipient can change the city of arrival of the cargo by drawing up a letter of application for readdressing. Sample application sheet .
If an individual wishes to change the city of arrival, a copy of 1-2 pages of the passport must be attached to the letter. If a legal entity wishes to change the city of arrival, the letter must be written on a letterhead and certified with the seal of the enterprise.

Нow to change receiver of cargo?

The sender can change the recipient: 1) in the mobile application https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2ZxuQoIjvHGl2yR4FeS8qQ; 2) in personal account
3) through a written application. To change the recipient in the receipt, the sender must send a forwarding letter (color photocopy of the letter) by e-mail to the arrival warehouse or e-mail office@delivery-auto.com.ua. Нow to receive the remuneration?

You need to address to the employee of the warehouse of receiving to draw up the Act of acceptance of the cargo (baggage) by quantity and quality and present the documents for confirmation of the value of the cargo. The investigation will be conducted during 14 calendar days from the date of complete package of documents presentation. The notification about investigation findings will be send to your telephone and in Personal Area.

How should the cargo be packaged?

The package should guarantee cargo safety condition during transportation and meet Rules of packing the cargo which you can find on our web-site.
