Delivery has run a second «Business breakfast» in Customer service center

 

On December 11, the second «Business breakfast» at modern Customer service center took place. The topic of the meeting was «Time of delivery reduction and logistics cost reduction».

At the meeting TOP-managers and heads of departments presented to the clients a new project of directs routes, which is able to cut down delivery terms by 24 hours. Separately another project about Kiev and Kiev region intracity logistics was presented; «Delivery module for 1C» opportunities were demonstrated; pallet collars and tariff plans opportunities were presented. An important part of «Business breakfast» was a presentation and discussion of KPI indexes, which have been started out on December 14 on website of the company.

«Business breakfast» participants had opportunity to speak with Chief executive officer – Lakatosh E.S., Chief commercial officer– Grishina E.N. and other managers of company departments.

All Customer service center participants received an opportunity to speak to their personal managers, who will help and support the clients.

«Деливери» первой в Украине открыла свои KPI-показатели!

Уважаемые клиенты!

При стремительном развитии рынка услуг доставки в Украине более тяжелым становится выбор компании-перевозчика. Каждый бизнес отличен сферой, стратегией, характером и ресурсами. У каждого конкретного бизнеса собственный набор потребностей, в том числе, или в первую очередь – в логистике.

Какими же понятными, простыми и наиболее точными показателями можно измерить эффективность работы оператора доставки, сравнить с собственными потребностями и наконец-то сделать выбор в пользу продуманной логистики или экспресс-доставок груза?

Логистическая компания «Деливери» первой в Украине открывает свои KPI-показатели –количественно измеримые индикаторы фактически достигнутых нами результатов!

Индексы обновляются из учётной системы «Деливери» ЕЖЕДНЕВНО!

Вы будете видеть реальные цифры, которые свидетельствуют о том, что компания не стоит на месте, а активно развивается.

Все  KPI показатели условно разделены на 3 основные группы: Скорость доставкиБезопасность Cервис, которые включают несколько дополнительных позиций.

Например, выполнение обязательств компании перед своими клиентами по своевременной доставке груза на склад, откроет KPI «Своевременно до склада». Данный показатель «Деливери» выводит сравнением первоначальной даты прибытия грузов в квитанции с датой физического оприходования груза сканером на складе. Значительные колебания сальдо смогут показать клиенту, как объективные причины недоработок компании, так и причины, на которые логистический оператор не имеет влияния – затруднённые погодные условия (особенно в зимний период), ДТП, общие ограничения движения автомобилей.

Для сравнения  – авиаперевозки – сфера с наиболее высоким уровнем требований к сервису – показывает своевременность прибытия самолётов от 82% до 91% (мировой рейтинг), от 75% до 93% (США).

Принципиальное значение имеет вопрос безопасности осуществляемых грузоперевозок. За последние два года в «Деливери» был проведен ряд мер, позволивших фактически свести к нулю вероятность утерь и повреждений грузов. На момент выхода открытых KPI «Утеря грузов» по компании составляет 0,0062%, или 1 место из 16129 мест.

Для сравнения, в сфере тех же авиаперевозок  временная утеря багажа составляет от 1,4% до 1,9%, или от 14 до 19 мест из 1000 мест.

В постоянном поле внимания «Деливери» находится качество обслуживания клиентов. С целью повышения сервиса 1 раз в 3 месяца для компании проводятся независимые исследования – NPS и СSI. Данные для анализа собираются в течение нескольких недель с помощью телефонного опроса среди действительных клиентов компании. Респонденты выбираются случайным образом. Общая выборка опрашиваемых превышает 1000 человек. По результатам октября удовлетворённость сервисом компании (СSI) находится на уровне 8,3 баллов по 10-балльной шкале, а чистый индекс поддержки марки (NPS) составляет 50,93%.

Стоит отметить, что индекс NPS по разным отраслям экономики существенно отличается в силу особенностей бизнес-процессов, но априори никогда не достигает 100%.

К примеру, в ежегодном рейтинге NPS «ТОП-10 компаний-лидеров по NPS в США» 3 первых места рейтинга было отдано компаниям USSA (Финансы), Amazon.com (Онлайн-продажи) и USSA (Автосрахование), с уровнями NPS 83%, 76% и 74% соответственно.

В то же время, показатели индекса потребительской лояльности у лидеров глобального рынка грузоперевозок в 2015 году составил:

1.      UPS – 74%

2.      FedEx – 73%

3.      U.S. PostalService – 73%

4.      DHL – 63%

 

«Следующим важным шагом станет открытие в январе 2016 года персональных KPI для клиентов, – комментирует генеральный директор «Деливери» Елена Лакатош. – Если индексы в Личном кабинете будут ниже, чем общие KPI «Деливери», – это будет сигналом для нас, что груз клиента имеет свою специфику. При организации последующих грузоперевозок мы максимально учтём данные особенности».

Открытие KPI-показателей явилось для компании обдуманным, важным и серьёзным шагом. Максимальная прозрачность перед своими клиентами выступает гарантом доверительных и долгосрочных отношений.
