Delivery is introducing a fuel coefficient from 7 May 2026

Delivery announces the introduction of a fuel surcharge to its rates for the carriage, collection and delivery of goods.

This decision is a necessary measure aimed at maintaining stable operations, predictability and high standards of service throughout Ukraine, given the constant rise and volatility in fuel prices.

The fuel surcharge applies to:

  • Transport between branches.

  • Door-to-door logistics — collection and delivery services to a specified address.

  • Zone-based, sector-specific, special and individual tariffs.

How will the fuel surcharge work?

The fuel surcharge is a flexible and transparent mechanism that automatically adjusts the cost of services in line with changes in market fuel prices, thereby avoiding the need for regular revisions to base tariffs.

The value of the coefficient is determined based on the average market price of diesel fuel in Ukraine, as per publicly available data from the Ministry of Finance, and is not tied to specific petrol station chains.

The base value of the fuel coefficient is 1.00. At this value, standard rates for collection and delivery of goods apply.

The coefficient is updated daily, as well as in the event of a sharp rise in fuel prices.

Where can you check the current coefficient?

To ensure customers always have access to up-to-date information, the fuel coefficient will be displayed:

  • in the «Tariffs» section on the Delivery website;

  • when generating a receipt;

  • in the cost calculator;

  • directly on the receipt — as a separate line item specifying the coefficient applied.

We understand just how important stability and predictability of costs are for businesses. That is why we are introducing a mechanism that will allow us to account for changes in fuel prices in a transparent manner, whilst maintaining the stability of our base tariffs.

Thank you for your trust and understanding.
