Нow can another person receive cargo on my behalf?
To receive cargo by another receiver, the receiver should:
1. To contact with the dispatcher and ask him/ her to change the receiver, that means to conduct redirection of cargo.
2. The receiver, who is stated in the receipt, should draw up a power of attorney for cargo receiving, with indication of passport data, receipt number, surname, name, patronymic of factual receiver, signature. Not to notarize this power of attorney. Factual receiver comes to warehouse and receives cargo with this power of attorney and ORIGINALS of 2 passports (receiver, stated in the receipt and factual receiver).
3. When husband receives cargo on behalf of wife (and wise versa) it is necessary to have 2 originals of passports with stamp about marriage registration. In case when there is no stamp even in one of the passports it is necessary to have the power of attorney.
If there was ordered service “COD in cash” receiving of cargo will be possible only by the receiver stated in the receipt and only with passport.
