Cash on delivery at warehouses 6 days a week!

Following multiple customers’ requests, starting from April 18, Delivery Company is launching a 6-day working week on rendering COD by cash service.

Henceforth from Monday to Saturday, inclusively, our clients can make a receipt with the service, get cargo and money at the warehouses of the Company, equipped with COD desks.

The amount of one receipt with the service can be up to 150 000 UAH.

There is a reminder that COD by cash – is your additional security against substandard purchases.

What is the price of cargo insurance?

The cost of insurance of cargo transported across the territory of Ukraine is 0.45% of the cost of the cargo for insurance contracts with an insured amount of up to UAH 150,000.00; 0.65% of the cost of cargo for insurance contracts with an insured amount over UAH 150,000.00; 1.05% of the value of the cargo for insurance contracts covering war risks.

Нow to change city of cargo arrival?

1) The sender can change the city of arrival of the cargo in the mobile application https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2ZxuQoIjvHGl2yR4FeS8qQ; 2) The sender or recipient can change the city of arrival of the cargo by drawing up a letter of application for readdressing. Sample application sheet .
If an individual wishes to change the city of arrival, a copy of 1-2 pages of the passport must be attached to the letter. If a legal entity wishes to change the city of arrival, the letter must be written on a letterhead and certified with the seal of the enterprise.

Нow to receive the remuneration?

You need to address to the employee of the warehouse of receiving to draw up the Act of acceptance of the cargo (baggage) by quantity and quality and present the documents for confirmation of the value of the cargo. The investigation will be conducted during 14 calendar days from the date of complete package of documents presentation. The notification about investigation findings will be send to your telephone and in Personal Area.
