We would like to inform you that, with effect from 1 October 2026, Delivery is updating its pricing policy for freight transport services.
This decision is driven by the continued rise in fuel costs, increased costs of vehicle maintenance and insurance, as well as rising rental costs. The logistics sector is being significantly impacted by the rising cost of key resources and ongoing shelling, which is forcing us to adjust our service prices to maintain the stability of our operational processes and the quality of our transport and freight forwarding services.

The changes will apply to base rates:
• Freight — +10.6%
For example, in tariff zone ‘III’, the cost will be: 
1 kg of freight – 11 UAH (previously 10 UAH).  
1 m³ – 2,695 UAH (previously 2,500 UAH) 

• Pallets  — +10%
The cost of transporting, for example, a 300 kg Euro pallet will be from 950 UAH (previously 865 UAH). 

The increase will also affect sector-specific tariffs (+10.7%). When using these tariffs, you benefit from a 20% discount on standard rates. They were developed specifically to meet the needs of various business sectors and offer a number of advantages:

• A single price across Ukraine

• Payment per unit of cargo

• No handling fees

In addition, the periods for free extended storage of cargo at the company’s warehouses are being updated:

• For documents and cargo up to 499 kg and 1.99 m³ — 5 days free of charge (instead of 7 days).

• Parcels weighing over 500 kg / 2 m³ and those in the «Oversized» category — free for 3 days (instead of 5 days).

From 21 September 2026, Delivery will be introducing a fuel surcharge to its collection and delivery rates.
This decision is due to changes in fuel prices and the need to ensure the stable operation of door-to-door logistics and an appropriate level of customer service throughout Ukraine.

How will the fuel surcharge work?

The fuel surcharge is a flexible mechanism that allows service costs to be adjusted in line with changes in the market price of diesel fuel.
Its introduction will mean that base rates do not need to be revised every time fuel prices change; instead, a single, transparent adjustment mechanism will be applied.

The value of the fuel coefficient will be determined based on the average market price of diesel fuel in Ukraine, as per publicly available data from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The coefficient is not linked to fuel prices at individual petrol station chains.

The base value of the fuel coefficient is 1.00. At this value, standard rates for collection and delivery of goods apply.
The current value of the coefficient will be updated daily, as are the ‘Warehouse-to-Warehouse’ rates.

Where can you check the current coefficient?

To ensure customers always have access to up-to-date information, the fuel coefficient will be displayed:

• in the ‘Rates’ section on the Delivery website;
• when generating an invoice;
• in the cost calculator;
• directly on the invoice — as a separate line item specifying the coefficient applied.

We understand how important stability and predictability of costs are for businesses. That is why we are introducing a mechanism that will allow us to account for changes in fuel prices in a transparent manner whilst maintaining the stability of our base tariffs.

9 вересня внаслідок ворожого обстрілу було пошкоджено відділення №1 у Миколаєві.

Внаслідок атаки пошкоджень зазнали приміщення та майно відділення. Наразі наші спеціалісти проводять детальну оцінку завданих збитків та визначають масштаби пошкоджень.

Також триває перевірка стану вантажів, які перебували у відділенні на момент атаки. Команда формує перелік пошкоджених і втрачених вантажів.

Після завершення оцінки наші спеціалісти зв’яжуться з клієнтами, чиї вантажі постраждали, та повідомлять про подальші дії.

Yesterday, the SUMY-1 warehouse was destroyed as a result of enemy shelling.

As a result, we are temporarily suspending the acceptance of consignments into the city of Sumy — at the SUMY-1 and SUMY-3 depots. However, the SUMY-3 branch continues to operate, dispatching consignments that are already in stock. We are currently working to resume full operations in the city as soon as possible.

We are also assessing the damage caused and compiling a list of damaged and lost consignments.

Please keep an eye on our official announcements. We will provide further updates regarding the resumption of consignment acceptance in Sumy and the procedure for collecting consignments currently in transit.
