Delivery is introducing a fuel surcharge for collection and delivery services

From 21 September 2026, Delivery will be introducing a fuel surcharge to its collection and delivery rates.
This decision is due to changes in fuel prices and the need to ensure the stable operation of door-to-door logistics and an appropriate level of customer service throughout Ukraine.

How will the fuel surcharge work?

The fuel surcharge is a flexible mechanism that allows service costs to be adjusted in line with changes in the market price of diesel fuel.
Its introduction will mean that base rates do not need to be revised every time fuel prices change; instead, a single, transparent adjustment mechanism will be applied.

The value of the fuel coefficient will be determined based on the average market price of diesel fuel in Ukraine, as per publicly available data from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The coefficient is not linked to fuel prices at individual petrol station chains.

The base value of the fuel coefficient is 1.00. At this value, standard rates for collection and delivery of goods apply.
The current value of the coefficient will be updated daily, as are the ‘Warehouse-to-Warehouse’ rates.

Where can you check the current coefficient?

To ensure customers always have access to up-to-date information, the fuel coefficient will be displayed:

in the ‘Rates’ section on the Delivery website;
when generating an invoice;
in the cost calculator;
directly on the invoice — as a separate line item specifying the coefficient applied.

What is the price of cargo insurance?

When evaluating cargo:
up to 1,999, 99 UAH — 18 UAH;
from UAH 2,000 to UAH 4,999, 99 UAH — 0.85%;
from UAH 5,000 to UAH 149,999, 99 UAH — 0.55%;
from UAH 150,000 and above — 0.75%;
0.85%-1.85% of the declared value - taking into account military risks throughout the territory of the country;

Нow to change city of cargo arrival?

1) The sender can change the city of arrival of the cargo in the mobile application;
2) The sender or recipient can change the city of arrival of the cargo by drawing up a letter of application for readdressing. Sample application sheet .
If an individual wishes to change the city of arrival, a copy of 1-2 pages of the passport must be attached to the letter. If a legal entity wishes to change the city of arrival, the letter must be written on a letterhead and certified with the seal of the enterprise.

Нow to change receiver of cargo?

The sender can change the recipient: 1) in the mobile application;
2) in personal account;
3) through a written application. To change the recipient in the receipt, the sender must send a forwarding letter (color photocopy of the letter) by e-mail to the arrival warehouse or e-mail office@delivery-auto.com.ua. 2. Wait for an SMS message about the delivery of your cargo to the destination at the phone number indicated on the receipt.

Нow to receive the remuneration?

You need to address to the employee of the warehouse of receiving to draw up the Act of acceptance of the cargo (baggage) by quantity and quality and present the documents for confirmation of the value of the cargo. The investigation will be conducted during 14 calendar days from the date of complete package of documents presentation. The notification about investigation findings will be send to your telephone and in Personal Area.
