Cash on delivery by "Bank Transfer"
Cash on delivery by "Bank Transfer" — this is an additional service, which allows you to transfer cash for the goods received to the current account legal entity or natural person-entrepreneur.

Conclude a TFS contract (send the following documents by e-mail FSY@deliveryautollc.onmicrosoft.com: certificate of state registration or statement; VAT payer's statement; IBAN; contact phone number; e-mail)

Send a certificate from the Bank on opening a current account (for crediting transfers).
To connect the service is required:

When creating a receipt for shipment, select the additional service Cash on delivery by "Bank Transfer";
- •
From the list of available current accounts, select the current account to which you will need to credit funds;
- •
It is possible to register the postpay service at the representative office, in the mobile application and in the Personal account of the user;
- •
Only the Sender has the right to change the amount of postpayment until the Recipient pays the postpayment;
- •
The amount of postage on one receipt may not exceed UAH 399 999.99;
- •
The amount of postpayment in the presence of the service "Address delivery of goods in the city" may not exceed UAH 28 999.99.

Transfer to the current account according to the receipt — 20 UAH for issuing a receipt at the Company's representative office + 1% of the specified amount, minimum 3 UAH.

Transfer to Individual's IBAN
Transfer to Individual's IBAN by consignment note implies transferring funds by the Cargo Receiver to the Sender to the individual's bank details via their IBAN.
To activate the service, the Sender must:
In the "Delivery" personal account under Finance. Payment Cards, add the full name of the recipient, their tax ID, and IBAN for receiving the transfer. If necessary, multiple IBANs can be added, a primary one selected, or any can be deactivated.

The amount of one transfer to an IBAN must not exceed 29,999.00 UAH;
- •
Transfers are not made to an individual's IBAN if:

it belongs to a foreign bank;
- -
the IBAN is inactive (account closed, blocked, etc.).

The receiving bank may charge an additional commission for the transfer. To learn about commission conditions, the client should contact their bank;
- •
The time for funds to be credited to an individual's IBAN depends on the internal regulations of the servicing bank and typically takes from 1 to 3 days;

Transfer to an individual's IBAN by consignment note — 2% of the transfer amount (but not less than 2.00 UAH) + 20 UAH for invoice processing at the Company’s branch.
