Страхові тарифи розраховано із суворим дотриманням внутрішньої Політики з андерайтингу, їх розмір залежить від географії маршруту перевезення та бажання клієнта отримати додаткове страхове покриття від «Воєнних ризиків».

Що передбачає покриття «Воєнні ризики»?

Додаткове страхове покриття від «Воєнних ризиків» покриває збитки спричинені в результаті:

• падіння ракет, БПЛА, дронів та/ або їх уламків;
• падіння пілотованих літальних апаратів та/або їх уламків;
• вибух боєприпасів, мін, бомб;
• вплив інших знарядь та засобів війни, крім ядерної, біологічної, хімічної зброї;
• знищенням або пошкодженням вантажу за розпорядженням військової або цивільної влади, санітарних або карантинних служб;
• терористичними актами (вибух, підпал, аварія або інші дії);
• мародерство / захоплення, повне або часткове знищення або втрата застрахованого вантажу під час його перевезення та/або під час його зберігання в місці доставки;
• втрата застрахованого вантажу внаслідок окупації міста де знаходиться застрахований вантаж.

Для яких маршрутів покриття є обов’язковим?

Страхове покриття від «Воєнних ризиків» є обов’язковим для договорів страхування щодо вантажів, які прямують з/до населених пунктів зони підвищеного ризику:

Покриття «Воєнні ризики» для інших населених пунктів

Якщо пункт відправлення та призначення не належить до зони підвищеного ризику, клієнт також може за власним бажанням обрати додаткове покриття «Воєнні ризики». Тарифи для таких населених пунктів становлять від 0,80% до 1,40% залежно від регіону та населеного пункту.

Детальний перелік населених пунктів та відповідних тарифів:

Загибель, втрата чи пошкодження застрахованого вантажу внаслідок настання військових ризиків може бути визнано страховим випадком, якщо є прямий безпосередній зв’язок між настанням цих подій і загибеллю, втратою чи пошкодженням застрахованого вантажу

Як визначається тариф?

Якщо тарифи для пункту відправлення та пункту призначення відрізняються, під час оформлення застосовується вищий із двох тарифів.

Наприклад, для відправлення за маршрутом Луцьк — Харків тариф для Луцька становить 0,95%, а для Харкова — 1,40%. У такому випадку до відправлення застосовується тариф 1,40%

Страхування без покриття «Воєнні ризики»

Вартість страхування вантажів без урахування «Воєнних ризиків» становитиме:

• мінімальний страховий платіж за договорами страхування зі страховими сумами до 2 100,00 грн. складає 20,00 грн.;
• для договорів страхування зі страховою сумою від 2 100,00 грн. до 4 999,00 грн. – 0,85% вартості вантажу;
• для договорів страхування зі страховою сумою від 5 000,00 грн. до 149 999,00 грн. - 0,55% вартості вантажу;
• для договорів страхування зі страховою сумою понад 150 000,00 грн. - 0,75 % вартості вантажу.

Зазначені умови страхування будуть діяти на всій території України, окрім тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією територій України, територій активних бойових дій (в тому числі, на яких функціонують державні електронні інформаційні ресурси), територій населених пунктів, на яких органи державної влади України тимчасово не здійснюють свої повноваження та територій населених пунктів, що розташовані на лінії розмежування, а також територій, щодо яких від дати завершення бойових дій або тимчасової окупації до дати укладення договору страхування чи дати настання страхового випадку пройшло менше 30 календарних днів.

Новий функціонал в особистому кабінеті «Делівері»

До 17.08.2026 в особистому кабінеті «Делівері» буде реалізовний вибір страхового тарифу: стандартне страхування або страхування з покриттям «Воєнні ризики». Обраний тариф автоматично підставлятиметься під час оформлення квитанції, що забезпечить прозорість розрахунку та впевненість клієнта у застосованому страховому тарифі.

Також можливість страхування з покриттям «Воєнні ризики» буде доступна фізичним особам.

Ми продовжуємо працювати над тим, щоб забезпечувати клієнтам зрозумілі та доступні інструменти захисту вантажів навіть в умовах підвищених ризиків.

Please be advised that, due to technical reasons, the «Transfer to Account Detail» service is temporarily unavailable.

On the night of 5 August, a direct rocket strike on Delivery’s main sorting depot in Kyiv destroyed part of the warehouse facilities. Most importantly, all staff took shelter in time and there were no casualties. The company’s transport vehicles used for deliveries were not damaged. Fire and rescue services have contained the fire caused by the strike. Relevant services are currently working at the scene and an investigation is underway. We are provisionally planning to resume operations at the sorting depot within the next 24 hours.
Due to the damage to the sorting depot, we are rapidly reorganising our logistics routes. As a result, there may be temporary delays to the delivery of consignments transiting through Kyiv.

Operational status of branches in Kyiv:

Kyiv-1 is currently operating on a temporary basis and is only dispatching consignments that have already arrived. The acceptance of new consignments for dispatch has been temporarily suspended. Further updates on the resumption of full operations will be provided.

Kyiv-11 is operating as normal. Door-to-door collection and delivery are continuing as usual and in accordance with the standard timetable.

Please bear in mind these possible changes when planning your shipments. We will keep you updated on the resumption of full operations and any further changes.
