Логистическая компания «Деливери» дополняет Личный кабинет новыми интеллектуальными функциями.

С 18 января сервис предоставляет пользователям онлайн-доступ к журналу служебных расследований, тем самым значительно повышая информированность клиентов при возможном возникновении проблем с грузом, а также предоставляя возможность ускорить процесс рассмотрения проблемы.

В Личном кабинете «Деливери» клиент (получатель возмещения) может получить максимально полную оперативную информацию о всех этапах служебного расследования, принятии решений о компенсации, а также необходимости в предоставлении дополнительных документов.

К примеру, при получении груза на складе компании клиент обнаружил некое повреждение товара – это дало право пользователю оформить заявку на служебное расследование и забрать груз. Дальнейший контроль за ходом и статусом служебного расследования получатель возмещения осуществляет в любое удобное для себя время, не обращаясь на горячую линию компании.

Журнал служебных расследований в Личном кабинете содержит данные с номерами телефонов службы безопасности, а также суммой и датой выплат.

Решение дополнить Личный кабинет онлайн-журналом служебных расследований стало для компании «Деливери» осознанным шагом.

«В ноябре в Центре обслуживания клиентов «Деливери» мы провели первый бизнес-завтрак, который позволил клиентам компании открыто пообщаться с Топ-менеджерами и руководителями различных подразделений, поднять важные для обсуждения темы. Среди актуальных вопросов был назван и свободный доступ к информации по служебным расследованиям, – комментирует генеральный директор «Деливери» Елена Лакатош. – Оперативно реагируя на запросы наших клиентов, мы всего за полтора месяца реализовали проект по онлайн-доступу к журналу служебных расследований в Личном кабинете. Максимальная открытость и прозрачность перед клиентами – основа идеологии нашей компании».
