“Receipts archive” - a new service in user area

From December 10 our company puts into effect new service of user area “Receipts archive”.

With the help of available functionality you will be able to archive your declarations by yourself. Moreover, receipts older than 90 days will be automatically moved from you user area into archive.

This possibility was created to enhence convenience during sending and receiving of cargoes by our clients.

What is the price of cargo insurance?

The price of the transported cargo insurance on the territory of Ukraine is 0.6% with assessed valuation up to 5,000 UAH, 0.4% with assessed valuation from 5,001 UAH, to Luhansk region is 0.7%.

If an individual wishes to change the city of arrival, a copy of 1-2 pages of the passport must be attached to the letter. If a legal entity wishes to change the city of arrival, the letter must be written on a letterhead and certified with the seal of the enterprise.

You need to address to the employee of the warehouse of receiving to draw up the Act of acceptance of the cargo (baggage) by quantity and quality and present the documents for confirmation of the value of the cargo. The investigation will be conducted during 14 calendar days from the date of complete package of documents presentation. The notification about investigation findings will be send to your telephone and in Personal Area.
