Convenience for customers is that the service allows you to transfer money for goods. Cash on delivery is available for all types of shipments: cargo, parcels, pallets, tires.

We will remind that in warehouses of the company where the service "cash on delivery" is available you can use additional services, as: "Money transfer without cargo", "Recharge of mobile" and "Recharge of bank cards"

Періодично нашим клієнтам надходять листи з нібито електронної адреси Компанії deliverysite@delivery-auto.com.ua з проханням перейти та авторизуватись в особистому кабінеті, змінити логін та пароль особистого кабінету чи повідомляють про акції, які не проводить Компанія.

Повідомляємо, що такі листи Компанія "Делівері" не надсилала. Запевняємо, що в нас не було витоку бази електронних адрес. Шахраї використовують різні бази та анологічні дії відбуваються по відношенню й до інших компаній перевізників. Шахраї розсилають фішингові листи про блокування особистого кабінету. Звертайте увагу на посилання на фішинговий сайт, який міститься у листах.

Компанія «Делівері» не здійснює блокування особистих кабінетів і не просить поновлення логінів і паролів. Зазначені дії проводяться зловмисниками для отримання доступу до особистих кабінетів і даних клієнтів. Компанія вже направила звернення до департаменту по боротьбі з кіберзлочинністю щодо вирішення ситуації.

Якщо ви вже вводили свої дані після переходу по вищезазначеним посиланням, то вам необхідно негайно провести зміну пароля в особистому кабінеті. Адреса сторінки особистого кабінету www.delivery-auto.com/uk-UA/Account/RegisterPageDelGroup. Зміна пароля відбувається в закладці «Налаштування» Особистого кабінету, в розділі Налаштування профілю. 

Також, шахраї використовують вайбер-розсилки нібито від імені компанії «Делівері». Повідомляємо, що наші вайбер-розсилки здійснються виключно з альфа-імені DeliveryLTD.
