По всій Україні повернулись масові відключення світла, які тягнуть за собою певні труднощі, необхідність адаптації та швидкого реагування. Таку проблему зараз відчуває на собі більшість українців. Команда Delivery підбила підсумки та готова поділитись як в цілому змінилась компанія та логістика для В2В-сегменту.
Основні показники
У ІІ кварталі 2024 року Delivery змогла зберегти, розпочату у І кварталі, позитивну динаміку зростання та збільшила грошовий обіг на +29,8%. У порівнянні з аналогічним періодом минулого року, вантажообіг збільшився майже на +20% та у його структурі продовжують переважати перевезення вантажів більше 30 кг та палет. Приріст склав понад +22,5% та +5,9% відповідно в порівнянні з аналогічним періодом минулого року.
Клієнти, які довірили перевезення власного вантажу, збільшився на +5,5% та їх відправлення стають все «важчі»:
Частка адресної логістики збільшилась на майже на 4% і тепер 35,5% усіх відправлень здійснюється за допомогою забирання та доставки вантажу на адресу клієнта. Нагадуємо, що компанія Delivery ввела новий показник «Якість адресної логістики» у якому закріпила стандарти роботи: своєчасність прийому замовлення від клієнта, дотримання термінів забирання та доставки у встановлені часові проміжки. Даний показник виконується у ІІ кварталі на 93%.
Попри всі складнощі, компанія змогла підвищити фонд заробітної плати на +38,3%.
Логістика та територіальна присутність
Продовжуємо активну роботу над вдосконаленням маршрутів перевезень та збільшенням рейсів. Вже 72% відділень Delivery мають логістику 5/6 разів на тиждень відправлень вантажу день-у-день.
Це дало можливість скоротити середній час доставки одного відправлення до 30 годин. У порівнянні з аналогічним періодом минулого року, цей показник становив 38 годин.
Протягом ІІ кварталу 2024 р. компанія продовжувала розширювати свою територіальну присутність в регіонах, відкривши 9 нових відділень у різних куточках країни.
Страхування та безпека
В порівнянні з ІІ кварталу 2023 р. в компанії значно зменшилась частка скарг від клієнтів (майже на 54%). Проте, прослідковувалось незначне збільшення частки пошкодження вантажу. Компанія щоденно докладає зусиль для виправлення ситуації та вдячна клієнтам, які продовжують підтримувати високий рівень відповідальності щодо збереження власного вантажу, забезпечують його додатковим пакуванням та 93% вантажу, що приймається до перевезення, з послугою добровільного страхування вантажу в СК «КВОРУМ».
Електроні договори в Особистому кабінеті
Швидкість та зручність взаємодії з клієнтами мають величезне значення. У ІІ кварталі команда Delivery розробила новий сервіс «Електронні договори» у особистому кабінеті, який робить процес укладання договорів швидким, зручним і безпечним. Спостерігалось активне користування сервісом та позитивний «фідбек» від клієнтів, за що ми дуже вдячні!
Відповідальне зберігання
Вийшло оновлення на сайті по послузі Відповідального зберігання. Відтепер клієнти можуть переглянути актуальну вільну площу, вартість та дані по складу. А також, є можливість залишити заявку для бронювання площі. З даною послугою ви можете довірити нам меблі, оргтехніку, електротехніку, автозапчастини, особисті речі та інші предмети, що потребують зберігання.

Компанія Delivery йде на вимушений крок, перегляду своєї тарифної політики на транспротно-експедиційні послуги, які не змінювалась більше року. Your downloaded file should be signed in the relevant services - Vchasno or Medok.
After signing both pages of the document and changing the status of the contract to "Active" - the client becomes available for non-cash settlement, creation of general powers of attorney, etc.
