From April 1, 2022, the following services will be available at the offices of the Company "Delivery":

- transportation of goods without restrictions on weight and volume;

- address delivery and pick-up (for ordering please contact the representative office number)

- All actions on the receipt and tracking of receipts are available in the mobile application or in the personal account

- financial service "Postpay"

- payment for transportation is available in cash and non-cash forms (non-cash must be paid in advance, before receiving the goods).

- there is no payment for overtime storage of cargo at the representative office

Tariffs for the carriage of goods remain the same as before, so that each of you has the opportunity to profitably send the goods, and we were able to support the economy of our country.

On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation invaded our Ukraine insidiously and treacherously. Despite the complexity of the whole situation, the Delivery Company managed to deliver all the goods transferred by customers to our offices before the invasion to their destinations or to the nearest offices and transit warehouses for security reasons. Today, every recipient, wherever they are, can call the arrival office or the Company's hotline and agree on a convenient time to pick up the cargo, but where it is safe www.delivery-auto.com/uk-UA/Representatives/Index. Currently, the acceptance of goods for transportation at all Delivery offices has been temporarily suspended until the situation in the country stabilizes.

Delivery fulfills all its obligations to customers and in turn urges all customers who have delays in payment to pay for the shipment already taken as soon as possible. The company has obligations to partners and suppliers that must be met.

Delivery Company has launched a large-scale work to help volunteers: in our transit warehouses we organize free of charge points of placement, sorting and distribution of humanitarian aid to the population coming from abroad and from volunteer and charitable organizations in Ukraine, individuals and legal entities ; we carry out transportation of humanitarian cargo within the region and adjacent areas, where it is safe; we organize places for temporary accommodation of citizens in regional office centers. Delivery is extremely grateful to all our customers and partners who do not hesitate to donate their cargo of food and essential goods to further provide our defenders.
