In connection with unfavorable weather conditions on the South of Ukraine, the company made the following adjustments to the work schedule of the representative offices in Odesa city and Odesa region on December 29:

• Odesa (office) works till 04:00 pm
• Odesa 2, 4, 7, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi – the representative offices work till 04:00 pm
• Odesa - 1 – the representative office works till 06:00 pm

According to notification of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in connection with unfavorable weather conditions traffic of heavy transport at the lines Odesa – Kyiv, Odesa – Kyshyniv, Odesa – Mykolaiv is completely stopped. From 12:00 on December 29 entrances and exits from Odesa city are closed.

Please take notice that delays of deliveries from/ to representative offices of the company which are situated in this direction are possible.

To do so, it is enough for you:

2. Enter the tab “User area”
3. Print the receipts/stickers on the piece of paper
4. Glue the printed receipts onto the cargo
5. Bring the cargo to the warehouse/ order pick up of the cargo from home

This possibility is designed to increase convenience in doing deliveries and receiving cargo by our clients as well as reduce time for processing the receipts.
