З 1 жовтня 2026 року Delivery запускає нову додаткову послугу «Оголошена цінність (вартість) вантажу», яка дозволить клієнтам отримати додатковий фінансовий захист відправлень у разі їх втрати або пошкодження. Клієнти зможуть самостійно визначати вартість вантажу та обирати зручний варіант захисту — залежно від потреб свого бізнесу.

Нова послуга покликана допомогти клієнтам зменшити фінансові ризики під час перевезення та забезпечити додатковий рівень захисту товарів.

Як працює послуга «Оголошена цінність»

Оголошена цінність — це вартість вантажу, яку клієнт самостійно визначає під час оформлення відправлення. Саме вона встановлює межу відповідальності перевізника та суму, в межах якої здійснюється компенсація у разі втрати або пошкодження вантажу відповідно до умов послуги.

Послуга доступна для стандартних випадків втрати чи пошкодження вантажу, а також передбачає можливість оформлення захисту з покриттям воєнних ризиків.

Оголошена вартість має відповідати реальній вартості товару

Під час оформлення відправлення клієнт зазначає не довільну суму, а фактичну вартість вантажу, підтверджену відповідними документами — накладними, рахунками та іншими документами, що засвідчують його вартість.

Зазначена вартість є підставою для визначення суми відповідальності та можливої компенсації у разі втрати або пошкодження вантажу.

Детальні умови визначення оголошеної вартості та оформлення відправлень доступні в оновлених Правилах надання послуг Delivery та Договорі транспортно-експедиторського обслуговування.

Вартість додаткової послуги

Залежить від оголошеної цінності вантажу:

Для відправлень із покриттям воєнних ризиків застосовується окремий тариф у межах зазначеного діапазону.

Замовляючи додаткову послугу «Оголошена цінність вантажу» від Delivery, клієнт отримує єдине оформлення послуг транспортно-експедиторського обслуговування. Вартість перевезення та додаткової послуги відображатиметься в одній квитанції, а оплата здійснюватиметься за одним рахунком-фактурою за послуги ТЕП.

Це дозволяє клієнтам зручно оформлювати відправлення, отримувати всі нарахування в одному документі.

Клієнт сам обирає спосіб захисту

Delivery надає клієнтам можливість самостійно обирати спосіб фінансового захисту вантажу: скористатися новою додатковою послугою Delivery або оформити страхування через партнера «Кворум».

В налаштуваннях в Особистому кабінеті клієнт зможе обрати один із трьох варіантів:

• Вибір у момент оформлення — визначати яку саме послугу (Страхування від СК Кворум чи Оголошена вартість від Delivery) окремо для кожного відправлення.
• Завжди використовувати додаткову послугу Delivery — автоматично обирати послугу «Оголошена вартість» для відправлень.
• Завжди страхувати через «Кворум» — використовувати страхування партнера для кожного відправлення.

Це дозволяє клієнтам адаптувати захист відправлень до потреб бізнесу, вартості товарів та особливостей перевезень.

Ліміти відповідальності

Максимальна сума відповідальності залежить від типу розрахунку за відправлення:

Якщо оголошена вартість вантажу перевищує відповідний ліміт, оформлення захисту можливе виключно через послугу Страхування від СК «Кворум».

Як отримати компенсацію у разі втрати або пошкодження вантажу?

У разі втрати чи пошкодження вантажу клієнту необхідно заповнити та подати бланк претензії, який розміщений на сайті Delivery в розділі «Документи».

Після отримання претензії та повного пакета необхідних документів компанія проводить службове розслідування, під час якого перевіряються обставини події та документи, що підтверджують вартість вантажу.

Строк службового розслідування становить до 14 календарних днів із моменту надання клієнтом повного пакета документів.

Про результати розгляду клієнт отримає повідомлення на свій номер телефону та в Особистому кабінеті.

Після завершення службового розслідування та прийняття рішення щодо виплати компенсації здійснюється сама виплата.
