Сьогодні вночі внаслідок ворожого обстрілу повністю знищено склад СУМИ-1 та вантаж, який на ньому знаходився. Наразі доступ до території бази обмежений. На місці проводяться слідчі дії СБУ та інших державних органів.
У зв’язку з цим ми тимчасово призупиняємо приймання вантажів до міста Суми — на склади СУМИ-1 та СУМИ-3. Водночас СУМИ-3 продовжує працювати на видачу вантажів, які вже знаходяться на цьому складі.
Ми вже працюємо над пошуком нового приміщення для відновлення роботи. Також опрацьовуємо рішення щодо організації видачі вантажів, які були відправлені на СУМИ-1 та наразі перебувають у дорозі. Про подальші зміни повідомлятимемо додатково.
Наразі триває оцінка завданих збитків і формується перелік пошкоджених та втрачених вантажів. Для відправлень, які були знищені внаслідок атаки, партнер компанії страхова компанія «Кворум» — компенсує клієнтам оголошену вартість вантажу відповідно до умов страхового покриття.

On the night of 5 August, a direct rocket strike on Delivery’s main sorting depot in Kyiv destroyed part of the warehouse facilities. Most importantly, all staff took shelter in time and there were no casualties. The company’s transport vehicles used for deliveries were not damaged. Fire and rescue services have contained the fire caused by the strike. Relevant services are currently working at the scene and an investigation is underway. We are provisionally planning to resume operations at the sorting depot within the next 24 hours.
Due to the damage to the sorting depot, we are rapidly reorganising our logistics routes. As a result, there may be temporary delays to the delivery of consignments transiting through Kyiv.
Operational status of branches in Kyiv:
Kyiv-1 is currently operating on a temporary basis and is only dispatching consignments that have already arrived. The acceptance of new consignments for dispatch has been temporarily suspended. Further updates on the resumption of full operations will be provided.
Kyiv-11 is operating as normal. Door-to-door collection and delivery are continuing as usual and in accordance with the standard timetable.
Please bear in mind these possible changes when planning your shipments. We will keep you updated on the resumption of full operations and any further changes.

On 22 July, during yet another Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia, the enemy struck the logistics infrastructure of Delivery. As a result of the shelling, the «Zaporizhzhia-Transit» terminal and the «Zaporizhzhia-1» branch were damaged. A «Shahed»-type rocket-propelled UAV was recorded striking the base’s premises. Unfortunately, three of our employees were injured. Their lives and health are not in danger.
As a result of the attack, premises and vehicles were damaged, and some of our customers’ cargo was destroyed. Law enforcement officers are currently working at the scene, so access to the area is temporarily restricted. Consequently, all shipments to Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia region are being temporarily re-routed. There may be delays of approximately 2–3 days in the dispatch and arrival of cargo from the region. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
We are currently assessing the damage and compiling a list of damaged and lost consignments. For consignments destroyed as a result of the attack, our partner, the insurance company «Qvorum», will compensate customers for the declared value of the goods in accordance with the terms of the insurance cover.
The Delivery team is already working to resume operations so that we can return to normal as quickly as possible and ensure the continuity of deliveries.
