How are points calculated?

• 1 rating of one branch per day = 30 points
• Points are credited to your bonus account the day after the level of service provided at the Company's branches is evaluated.
• The “TIPS” feature is also available. Now every customer can express their gratitude for the quality of service at the branch and during the pickup or delivery of cargo.

How to leave a tip?

Give a rating of 4 or 5 stars, and then the “Tips” block will become available, where you can select the suggested amount or specify your own and leave a review.

Effective March 23, 2026, Delivery is updating its rates for Address-Based Services—delivery and pickup.

The rate adjustment is moderate and justified given the current market conditions. Specifically, fuel costs have risen by approximately 34.4% since the last rate adjustment, while the average increase for address-based services is 14.5%. The price increase is minimal—starting at 20 UAH.
Tariffs that have changed:

1. Within the city
2. Dedicated vehicle dispatch
3. Pallets (pickup/delivery)
   • 24–34% cheaper than standard rates
   • Volume-based discounts remain in effect
4. Outside the city
5. Surcharge for oversized cargo

Other address-based services remain unchanged.

Please be advised that effective March 18, 2026, Delivery is updating its pricing policy for transportation services based on industry tariffs.

This decision is due to the rising cost of diesel fuel, which is one of the key factors in determining logistics costs. The situation on the fuel market remains unstable, and prices continue to rise daily.

Please note that industry-specific shipping rates have not been revised since November 2024.

The update will apply to:

• Agroprice
• Automotoprice
• Buildingprice
• Bicycleprice
• Light-weight cargo
• Household appliances

Despite rising costs, we have maintained prices at their previous level for a long time. At the same time, the logistics industry, like other sectors of the economy, is feeling the impact of rising resource costs. We continue to work on improving the quality of our freight forwarding services.

By using industry-specific rates, customers receive a 10% to 30% discount compared to the base rate for general zones, as well as a number of benefits:

• a single price throughout Ukraine
• payment per unit of cargo
• no processing fees

The base rates have also been adjusted: 

• Cargo over 30 kg — +4.94% 

The cost of transportation per 1 kg will increase by 50 kopecks.

• Pallet transportation — +5% 

For example, the cost of transporting a 300 kg Euro pallet will start at 865 UAH.
