The main focus was on transitioning the app to a modern technological platform. As a result, the app runs faster, consumes fewer device resources, and the elimination of technical errors and bugs has increased its reliability and minimised the risk of possible malfunctions during use. This has taken the app's performance to a new level.
The ‘Tips’ section in the Branch or Courier Service Rating. In the new version of the app, we have introduced a convenient tool for expressing gratitude to couriers and branch employees. Users can choose the tip amount from the options provided or specify their own, according to their wishes.
The app allows you to choose who to address the reward to — an individual employee or distribute it among the entire branch team.
Discounts and Points section. The new functionality of the mobile app allows users to track their tariff plan and the benefits provided by Delivery in real time. Now customers can see their personal discounts, available loyalty points, active promo codes, and current promotional offers.
In addition, the ‘Discounts and Points’ section allows you to monitor compliance with the conditions for maintaining and extending discounts. This approach provides complete control over benefits, allows you to effectively plan shipments and make the most of the company's services.
The updated Delivery app has retained all its familiar features: the ability to quickly and conveniently issue a receipt for shipment, track its movement, edit data online, order delivery or pickup, share receipt and request data with the recipient, pay for services online, and much more.

Starting 11 September, Delivery will introduce changes to the rates for ‘Overtime storage of cargo at the branch’.
In general, the method of calculating the cost of the service will change:
• Documents and cargo up to 30 kg and 0.12 m³
Free of charge: 7 calendar days
Paid storage: 20% per day of the cost of transportation (according to the receipt) ‘Branch-Branch’ with a discount.
• Cargo up to 499 kg and 1.99 m³
Free of charge: 7 calendar days
Paid storage: 15% per day of the cost of transportation (according to the receipt) ‘Branch-Branch’ with a discount.
• Shipments over 500 kg and 2 m³ and cargo marked ‘oversized’
Free of charge: 5 calendar days
Paid storage: 10% per day of the cost of transportation (according to the receipt) ‘Branch-Branch’ with a discount.
All other Delivery rates and services remain unchanged.
