Currently, we all feel a rapid increase in prices on the market, and the increase in the field of logistics services does not go unnoticed. The cost of operating warehouses, providing vehicles on flights, and purchasing packaging materials has increased. A slight revision of the tariff policy will allow us to provide and improve the quality of the Company's services.
Updated tariffs for transport and forwarding services will be implemented from November 14, 2022. Changes will take place in the tariffication of cargo transportation under general conditions, parcel and pallet cargo. All other tariffs of the company will remain constant.
On average, tariffs will be raised:
for parcels - from 5 to 10 UAH, depending on the weight,
transportation of 1 kg/ 1 m3 of cargo - will increase by 6.5%
pallet format - up to 9.27%.

08 вересня 2022 рок РА «Стандарт-Рейтинг» прийняло рішення про оновлення кредитного рейтингу / рейтингу фінансової стійкості страховика ТОВАРИСТВУ З ДОДАТКОВОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «СТРАХОВА КОМПАНІЯ «КВОРУМ» (ЄДРПОУ 38730427) - за національною шкалою на рівні uaAA. Страховик з рейтингом uaAA характеризується дуже високою фінансовою стійкістю/ кредитоспроможністю порівняно з іншими українськими страховими компаніями. Рейтингова оцінка ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» оновлювалась виходячи з аналізу результатів роботи Компанії за перше півріччя 2022 року.
1. Обсяг валових премій, зібраних ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» за перші шість місяців 2022 року, склав 14,058 млн грн, що на 59,79% менше від обсягу премій за аналогічний період 2021 року. Зокрема, надходження брутто-премій від фізичних осіб знизились на 62,58% до 8,101 млн грн, а надходження від перестрахувальників склали 1 тис грн. Частка фізичних осіб в брутто-преміях за підсумками першого півріччя 2022 року склала 57,63%, тобто фізичні особи переважали в клієнтському портфелі ТД «СК «КВОРУМ»
Агентство зазначає, що скорочення обсягів валового бізнесу Компанії викликане російською агресією, введенням воєнного стану та падінням рівня ділової активності в країні, і є загальною тенденцією на страховому ринку України.
Слід зазначити те, що осяг надання страхових послуг ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» зменшився за рахунок неможливості надання послуг в зоні проведення активних бойових дій та на тимчасово окупованих територіях. Керівництво ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» доклало всіх зусиль для збереження обсягів надання страхових послуг на рівні, який було досягнуто до введення військового стану, на територіях які не є зоною проведення активних бойових дій та тимчасово окупованими територіями. Керівництвом ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» були здійснені заходи для збереження робочих місць, своєчасної сплати заробітної плати та податків з неї. А також за 9 місяців 2022 року ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» сплатило податку на прибуток в розмірі 2 230 тис.грн.
Завдяки здійсненим заходам ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» виконує взяті на себе зобов’язання, дотримується забезпечення резервів прийнятними активами відповідно до законодавства, а також виконує нормативи достатності капіталу та платоспроможності, ліквідності, прибутковості, якості активів та ризиковості операцій.

2. Страхові платежі, відправлені перестраховикам, за перші шість місяців 2022 року становили 1,750 млн грн, що на 84,83% менше ніж за аналогічний період 2021 року. Враховуючи більші темпи скорочення платежів, відправлених перестраховикам, в порівнянні з валовими преміями, коефіцієнт участі перестраховиків в страхових преміях знизився на 20,54 п.п. до 12,45%.
Показники ділової активності ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» в аналізованому періоді продемонстрували спадний тренд. Так, чисті премії Страховика знизились на 47,46% до 12,308 млн грн, а зароблені премії – на 45,04% до 12,593 млн грн.
3. Обсяг страхових виплат, здійснених ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ», за перше півріччя 2022 року у порівнянні з першим півріччям 2021 року скоротився на 3,77% до 5,208 млн грн. Таким чином, рівень виплат в аналізованому періоді виріс з 15,48% до 37,05%, або на 21,57 п.п.
Діяльність ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» в аналізованому періоді була прибутковою, проте обсяги чистого та операційного прибутку скоротились. Зокрема, за підсумками першого півріччя 2022 року прибуток від операційної діяльності ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» склав 4,201 млн грн, а чистий прибуток становив 3,416 млн грн.
Активи знизились на 17,97% до 55,195 млн грн;
Власний капітал зменшився на 8,21% до 45,671 млн грн;
Зобов’язання скоротились на 45,67% до 9,524 млн грн;
Грошові кошти та їх еквіваленти зменшились на 26,59% до 26,331 млн грн
Таким чином, станом на початок третього кварталу 2022 року Компанія мала надлишкові рівні капіталізації (479,54%) та співвідношення між грошовими коштами і зобов’язаннями (276,47%).

5. Згідно з інформацією, що була надана Агентству ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ», станом на 01.07.2022 р. Страховик дотримувався критеріїв ліквідності, прибутковості та якості активів страховика, нормативу платоспроможності та достатності капіталу, нормативу ризиковості операцій та нормативу якості активів.
Таким чином, проаналізувавши діяльність ТДВ «СК «КВОРУМ» за перше півріччя 2022 року, РА «Стандарт-Рейтинг» відмічає наступні фактори оновлення рейтингу фінансової стійкості страховика:
Агентство звертає увагу, що наведений звіт враховує оцінку ймовірності розрахунку страховика за своїми зобов’язаннями за звичайних обставин. Форс-мажорні обставини, обставини непереборної сили та інші виключні обставини, які неможливо передбачити, або які пов’язані з дією воєнного стану в Україні, в оцінці неможливо врахувати.
